...so it needed a new nut and saddle, which was shaped from Corian material.



The original nut and saddle have been put away in a safe place.



The funky washer that hid the large hole and crack on the pickguard where the jack is located was replaced with a fender washer, not the perfect solution, but functional, and not as odd looking as that tea-cup saucer shaped washer that the previous owner had installed.
